1) What are Pre-Packaged DVD's?
Pre-Packaged DVD's (PPDVDs) are Blank, Recordable DVD-R's that have
been printed and packaged in a complete "Retail-Ready" DVD
Package. All you have to do is remove the un-burned DVD, drop it in
your computer or duplicator and burn your DVD. From there, re-insert
it into the already completed package and hand it right off to your
client. The value to using PPDVDs are:
- They are manufactured using your artwork
- They save you the Time & Money of trying to create professional
looking packaging.
- They are extremely cost effective.
2) Do you guarantee your work?

The first step is to call us and get a quote for your project. From
there they will get all the necessary information needed to provide
you with a detailed estimate of cost for you project. Please click

our contact information.
6) What is the difference between "Duplication"
and "Replication"?
While the difference between the two is significant, the simple answer
is that 'duplication' involves the process of "burning"
copies of the master, whereas 'replication' uses the process of physically
stamping copies of the master. These days good quality 'duplication'
is just as dependable and reliable as 'replication' if done properly
using high-quality media and equipment. For more detailed information
about Duplication vs. Replication, please give us a call.
7) What is the benefit to having you print my DVD's or CDs
as opposed to me printing them with Inkjet?
There are a couple of major benefits to having AFM print your discs
for you using Dye-Sublimation Thermal Re-transfer Printing.
Benefit #1: They are much more professional looking with 35mm photographic
quality image printing.
Benefit #2: They are more durable, and will not smear, smudge, scratch or fade as Inkjet printed discs will do.
If you are looking for a professional looking disc, that will outlast
and outperform all others, let us provide you with Dye-Sub Printed
Discs.
8) Can you print blank discs for me?
Yes, that is one of our specialties! We print blank CDs and DVD's in bulk for many of our clients.
9) If I make a mistake while burning one of the PPDVD's,
can I get another disc only? or do I have to buy a whole package?
We provide PPDVD replacement discs for any package that is purchased for a nominal cost. Please contact us to process a replacement request.
10) What guidelines are there for Photo Submissions?
The Photos you submit should be at least 300dpi (dots per inch), and can be in any format including ".jpg", ".gif", ".tif". The dimensions of the photo should be in the neighborhood of 1024x768 for best printing. The bigger the picture, the better it will look when printed.
11) Can I email you my photo's?
Yes, you certainly can. However, they can be no larger than 3MB in
size due to email server restrictions. If your pictures are more than
3MB in size, you may also FTP them to us. Please contact
us to request FTP access.
Instructions will be provided for how to transfer files to us and we can always provide additional assitance if needed.
12) Where can I download templates to design my own Cases
& Disc Faces?
Please check out our Forms & Templates page located under 'Support',
or just click here
13) Can I send my DVD or CD to you electronically instead
of having to ship it?
Absolutely. There are steps necessary to ensure that the
file is properly formatted as an .ISO file and is properly encapsulated
using WinRAR to ensure that precisely what you send is received. But
by using these steps we can guarantee that your DVD or CD will be
received by us exactly as it has been created by you, ensuring 100%
absolute copies of the original disc you created. The step-by-step
guide is available here.
